Housekeeper

Location: Hollywood, FL Schedule: Full-Time (5 days per week) Salary: $14/hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure our Florida offices remain clean, organized, and welcoming on a daily basis. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas through routine and deep-cleaning tasks. This role requires someone with prior cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following established cleaning standards. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and committed to creating a safe and sanitary environment for staff and visitors. This position will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness at two separate locations.

Responsibilities

Daily Cleaning Tasks:

• Remove all garbage and dispose of waste in designated containers.
• Replace trash liners throughout all areas.
• Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors in office, restrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
• Wipe down desks, countertops, tables, and high-touch surfaces.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and computer equipment.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels).
• Clean and disinfect kitchen appliances and breakroom surfaces.

Weekly & As-Needed Tasks:

• Clean interior of microwave and refrigerator (1x per week).
• Wash coffee maker and ice maker (1x per week).

Requirements

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience, especially in office/commercial settings.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment best practices.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
